This week we had the pleasure of heading down to the massive operation Breckenridge Brewery has built in Littleton, Colorado. We sat down with Thibault and Jimmy from Breckenridge to talk about gout mostly, but also what it means to be a culture czar, the TV show ‘Crashing,’ the worst things to say at beer festivals, continuously innovating, the challenge of mastering aroma, and the popularity of Vanilla Porter.

This week Korey and Steve visit Call to Arms Brewing in the Berkeley neighborhood of Denver, to chat with their owner and head brewerer, Chris.
